Shipping Policy

When Pegasus Uniforms receives your order in our system, it immediately goes to order filling. However, due to high volume of orders, it typically takes from 3 to 10 days to be processed. We will email you throughout your order process. We will ship out by US Mail when possible; when you request UPS you will be emailed your tracking number.

Pegasus Projects ships via UPS, and we use the United States Postal Service. Our first choice is the US Post Office (our way of keeping an American tradition alive).

After order processing, please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We will send you an email the day it ships out. If for any reason merchandise is not available you will be notified promptly.

We are constantly monitoring our inventory, but on occasion, we have advertised product that is gone. In this case, you will be notified.

Return &/Or Exchange Policy

 

What is Pegasus Uniforms' Return and/or Exchange Policy?

We hope that you will be pleased with the items you choose from Pegasus Uniforms. However, if you find you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of items in their original condition within thirty days of purchase with a VALID receipt for an exchange.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, tag less, or embroidered items.

Any valid return must have receipt, order#, and reason for return.
